Ordering shutters from The Home Shutter Company couldn’t be easier as we offer a no obligation quote with every enquiry. We offer an estimated 12/14 week order to installation time as standard on our solid wood shutters*
We can offer an estimated 9/10 week lead time utilising a faster shipping method at a small uplift to cover the freight*
All quotes include fully insured installation by our expert fitting team and include free temporary blinds provided.
Our UPVC shutters can be installed within 5/7 weeks from point of order*
All major debit and credit cards accepted.
A 50% deposit is required at point of order so we commence production of your shutters. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.
Once your order arrives with us, our office team will reach out to offer a suitable date for the installation with our team. We typically fit within 1 -2 week of your shutters arriving to us.
As we are reliant on global logistics to import our solid wooden shutters, our lead times are all estimated. Our timescales are best estimates based on current timescales and cannot be guaranteed. 96% of all orders are presently delivered on time.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your delivery has been delayed due to an event outside of our direct control then we will do everything we can to ensure that it is installed at the earliest possible opportunity. However, as our lead times are only ever given as our ‘best estimate’ we are unable to provide a discount if your order arrives later than originally expected.
